- サンキョーのオルフェウス72弁の「イッツ・ア・スモールワールド」です。
50周年だったのでメーカーに依頼して作っていただきました。
アトラクションで使われている「テーマミュージック」「アコーディオン、フルート、バイオリン」「ビッグ・ベン」「スコットランドのバグパイプ」「アイルランドのジグ」「ドイツの音楽隊」「スペインのギター」「スイスのヨーデル」
など（ほんの一部だけというのもありますが）、ヨーロッパエリアの曲がアレンジに取り入れられています。
72弁という歯数の多さを生かした、グリッサンドたくさんの華やかな編曲です。
ボックスはフジゲンの「FSO－750」で材質はホワイトアッシュ。
音が柔らかく響くように桐製の共鳴箱の上にタオルを敷き、その上に置いて鳴らしました。
収録環境がよくきれいに聞こえます。永久保存版ですね。

Hurrah! What a pleasant and enjoyable sound! The melody played by music-box is really pleasant and amazing sound. Some antique mechanical clocks played melodies for each hour on built in music-box. Nowadays these types of music-boxes are electronically imitated by some quartz clocks and door bells because they contains electronically recorded and programmed circuit board of sound chips connected to speaker. But they can't beat the real music-boxes.
Reminds me of that Hing Kong DisneyLand ride me and my sister would rode 😞

I have a few different music boxes that play It’s a Small World. It’s my favorite Disney song. One of the music boxes that play this song is a pretty rare Sankyo micro movement that is about an inch or two in width.

This music box is made by Japanese manufacturer "NIDEC SANKYO CORPORATION".
